Forrest Wood Cup
August 14-17, 2008
The FLW Outdoors Forrest Wood Cup will be the largest bass-fishing championship
in the nation next year. The event is expected to draw thousands of bass
fishing fans to the region and provide a significant boost to the state's
economy.
Walmart BFL
Lake Hartwell in Seneca, S.C., April 12. The division’s fourth qualifying
event will be held on Lake Wateree in Camden, S.C., June 14. A two-day
Super Tournament, the division’s fifth and final event, will be held on
Lake Wylie in Lake Wylie, S.C., Sept. 27-28.

JAMEY PATRICK TOURNAMENT
The 11th Annual Jamey Patrick Bass Tournament will be held at Lake Murray out of Dreher Island State Park Tournament Ramp Saturday October 2008. All proceeds will go to an endowment at Newberry College. Entry Fee will be $100.00 per team or $60.00 for a single fisherman. For further information, contact Scott Gardner, 803-924-0965.

That's what's left on the schedule. Angler must fish four 1-day tournament to
qualify for the 2-day. Top 500 point holders in the region(SC, Ga, Fla, Ala, &
Tenn.) qualify to fish the Regional. Top 100 from the regional qualify to fish
the
National Championship.
